Policies

Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or modify your service.
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Booking & Payment

We accept cash, major credit cards, and KJ & Kompany gift cards.
Gratuity is not included in the service price and may be paid in cash or added to your card.
A credit card may be required to secure appointments for chemical services, spa treatments, and group bookings.

Service Guarantee & Redo Policy

Our team strives for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment.
Adjustments must be scheduled with the same stylist and are not applicable for major changes outside the original consultation.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, we are happy to work with you to correct the issue.

Children & Guest Policy

To ensure a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that only those receiving services be present in the treatment area.
Children are welcome by appointment only and must be supervised at all times.

Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the health and safety of our team and guests.
Please inform your stylist or esthetician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

To secure your preferred date and stylist, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for regular services and 4-6 weeks for specialty services, such as bridal styling or spa treatments.
