Policies

Appointments & Cancellations
  • We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or modify your service.
  • To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Booking & Payment
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and KJ & Kompany gift cards.
  • Gratuity is not included in the service price and may be paid in cash or added to your card.
  • A credit card may be required to secure appointments for chemical services, spa treatments, and group bookings.
Service Guarantee & Redo Policy
  • Our team strives for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment.
  • Adjustments must be scheduled with the same stylist and are not applicable for major changes outside the original consultation.
Refunds & Product Exchange
  • All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, we are happy to work with you to correct the issue.
  • Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are gently used and in their original packaging.
Children & Guest Policy
  • To ensure a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that only those receiving services be present in the treatment area.
  • Children are welcome by appointment only and must be supervised at all times.
Health & Safety
  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the health and safety of our team and guests.
  • Please inform your stylist or esthetician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.

To secure your preferred date and stylist, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for regular services and 4-6 weeks for specialty services, such as bridal styling or spa treatments.
What products do you use?
We proudly use high-quality, professional haircare and skincare products, including brands like Aveda, Redken, and Pureology. Our team can recommend the best products to maintain your style and skincare routine at home.
Can I bring my own hair color or nail polish?
For best results and to ensure the integrity of your hair and nails, we only use professional salon-grade products. We cannot guarantee results using outside products.
